Updated October 29, 2026. This describes LCOA’s website, Windows release candidate and optional connected features.

Who to contact

For privacy requests, account deletion or support, email arieh.kohn0223@gmail.com. This is our temporary contact while the permanent domain is being set up.

On your computer

Your chats, settings, tasks, model files, voice processing and file-tool results normally stay on your PC. Local model inference does not require a hosted model service. A profile passcode encrypts supported local profile data; exports and some runtime files are not covered by that protection. Protect your Windows account and exported files.

Google account sign-in

Account sign-in requests your Google identity, verified email and name. Our account server verifies the identity and stores your Google account identifier, email, display name and session records. Your local profile passcode is not uploaded. Chats and settings are not synced between PCs.

Optional Gmail and Calendar connections

These require separate consent. Gmail access lets LCOA read messages you request and create drafts. Google’s draft permission also permits sending at the permission level, but LCOA’s Gmail tools create drafts only; you send them yourself. Calendar access lets LCOA read calendars and create or change events you authorize. Optional Gmail-based recovery stores a recovery code in a draft in your Gmail.

Google access and refresh tokens stay in your local profile. Email and Calendar contents are processed locally for requested features, not copied into our account database. They may appear in local conversations or saved outputs when you ask for them.

LCOA’s use of Google API data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google data, use it for advertising or automatically train general-purpose models on it.

Your controls

Disconnect Gmail and Calendar in Settings to remove this profile’s saved connection. You can also revoke LCOA’s permissions in your Google account. Signing out locks the local account; it does not delete local files. Use the app’s profile/history controls to remove local data. Contact support for server-account deletion; we may need to verify ownership.

Launch waitlist

With your consent, we store your email, signup time, consent version and removal-token hashes in private Netlify website storage. We do not sell the list or collect chats or prompts through this form. The signup-removal capability is stored in your browser so you can remove your address. Repeated signup does not create another email-list entry.

Removal deletes the active signup. Remaining active signup records and hashed removal tokens are scheduled for deletion 30 days after launch. Hosting recovery copies may retain removed data temporarily. A welcome email may be sent when delivery is configured. Launch updates require your consent. No early-access codes are issued.

Website and connected services

The website uses browser storage for your waitlist removal option and no advertising analytics. Basic server and hosting access logs can contain technical request metadata. Downloading models contacts their hosting provider. Web search sends the search terms needed for your request. Optional Google, phone or other connected tools contact their providers when used. Review what you share with those services.

Feedback and payments

The app’s feedback button opens your own email program; you decide whether to send it. Free/Plus changes are simulated in the current build and no real payment details are collected. We will update these disclosures before enabling live payments or changing how personal data is used.
